More than a server
An NDIS website is not a brochure that sits still. Registration groups change, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements are updated every July, SIL vacancies open and close, staff join and leave, and the intake form collects personal information about participants that has to be stored somewhere you can account for.
A $5 a month hosting plan gives you a server and nothing else. When a plugin update breaks the referral form on a Friday afternoon, there is no one to call, and the support coordinator who tried to refer to you that evening moves on to the next provider on the list.
We have hosted and maintained WordPress websites since 2011, and NDIS sites since the scheme went national. The plan below is the same one that keeps our own NDIS clients online: Australian servers, a person on the phone, and every content change you ask for included in the price.

One annual fee. Everything below is part of it, for every site we host.
Your site and your enquiry form data stay on servers in Australia. That matters when the form collects participant names, NDIS numbers and plan details, and when someone asks where that information is held.
New staff, new suburbs, a changed price, a closed vacancy, a new registration group. Email us and we make the change, usually the same business day. There is no cap on requests.
Applied and tested by us, not left to auto-update and break something. If an update breaks a form or a layout, we fix it before you notice.
Daily backups, malware scanning, firewall, SSL certificate renewal and uptime monitoring. If something goes wrong we restore from a clean copy, not from memory.
A real person in Sydney on 02 8003 7308. Not a ticket queue in another time zone. If your site is down, call and we are on it.
Sitemap resubmission, Google Search Console errors, broken links and redirects fixed as part of maintenance, so your rankings do not quietly erode.

The Standard plan suits almost every NDIS provider. The other two exist for online stores and for very high traffic sites.
Your intake and referral forms collect personal and sometimes health information. The NDIS Practice Standards expect you to manage that information properly, and the Privacy Act applies to it. Australian hosting and a documented backup process are the first two answers to the question when an auditor asks.
Support coordinators and families do their research in the evening and on weekends. A site that is down at 9pm on a Sunday loses the referral, and you never find out. We monitor uptime around the clock and act on it.
An out-of-date price list, a closed vacancy still showing as open, or a departed staff member still on the team page each cost you trust. Because content changes are included, there is no reason to leave any of them.
Send us the current host and a login, or just the domain name. We check the site for problems that should be fixed before it moves.

There is no contract and no setup fee for sites we built. Sites built elsewhere may need work before they move, and we quote that up front.
Yes. We migrate and host WordPress sites built by other developers. We check the site first and tell you if anything should be fixed before it moves.
Text, images, menus, pages, prices, staff profiles, vacancies, service areas and general updates. There is no cap on the number of requests. New features, such as a client portal or an online store, are quoted separately.
Yes. Our servers are in Australia and your backups stay in Australia. If you need a written statement of where your data is held for an audit, we provide one.
Uptime monitoring alerts us, usually before you know. Our servers run at 99.9% uptime. If you notice a problem first, call 02 8003 7308 and we treat it as the priority.
Yes. DNS and email deliverability records are managed as part of hosting, and we set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes on your domain. See NDIS email setup.
Yes, at any time. You own the website and the domain. We help you migrate to another host if you ask.
