Designing Beside the Registered Provider Logo
What the NDIA allows
Registered providers may use the “I heart NDIS” and “We heart NDIS” logos with the Registered Provider tagline on websites, stationery and vehicles, as supplied, without changing colours, proportions or wording. Unregistered providers may not use them, and may not describe themselves as registered or official. We design your logo so it reads clearly beside the mark, with the clear space the guidelines require.
What your logo must not do
Use the NDIS logo itself, which needs written consent from the NDIA. Borrow its colour or typeface so that a participant might think you are the agency. Set the letters NDIS as if they were part of your name in a way that suggests endorsement. Each is the kind of thing a competitor reports.
Why we design for the website first
Most of your participants will meet your brand on a phone screen before they meet it anywhere else. The logo is designed at favicon size and at full size, and every colour is tested for contrast on the site, before it is put on a business card.
