What does unlimited content updates mean?
It means you can contact us anytime to make changes to your website content — text, images, menus, pages and general updates and we’ll get it done. There is no cap on the number of requests. It does not include new feature development or eCommerce product uploads.
What happens if my website goes down?
We monitor server uptime and will address any downtime as a priority. Our servers maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If you notice your site is down, call us on 02 8003 7308 and we’ll get onto it immediately.
Can you host a website that wasn't built by Uniweb?
Yes. We can migrate and host websites built by other developers. Contact us to discuss your current setup and we’ll advise on the best plan for your needs.

The Uni Standard plan includes unlimited hosting space for one domain, unmetered bandwidth, phone and email support, 99.9% uptime guarantee, DNS support, domain email accounts, and unlimited content updates and modifications.
Do you manage domain renewals?
Yes. We manage domain renewals for all hosted clients so you never risk losing your domain name or having your website go offline due to an expired registration.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Our hosting plans are billed annually with no lock-in contract. If you ever want to move to a different provider we’ll help you migrate without any hassle.
What is the difference between the Standard and Ecommerce hosting plans?
The Ecommerce plan includes a load balanced CDN which improves loading speeds for online stores with higher traffic and product image loads. It is specifically optimised for WooCommerce stores. The Standard plan is suitable for most informational and service business websites.
