What We Set Up and Look After

One team for the whole stack, so your domain, email and website never point fingers at each other.

Domain Registration and Transfers

New .com.au, .au and .com registrations, transfers away from providers who hold you hostage, and renewals handled before anything ever expires. Registered in your name, always.

Business Email Setup

Professional email on your own domain through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365: accounts, aliases, shared mailboxes and devices, configured properly on day one.

Deliverability and Spam Fixes

Emails landing in spam or bouncing? We configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly so mail providers trust your domain, and we prove it with before and after tests.

Email Migrations

Moving from old hosting webmail, cPanel or a dying provider to Google or Microsoft without losing a single message, folder or contact. Planned, tested, done outside business hours.

DNS Management

The records behind your domain, kept clean and documented: website, email, verification and third party services all pointed correctly, with changes made same day when you need them.

Ongoing Management

Bundled with our hosting and maintenance plans from $330 per year: renewals tracked, records monitored, and a real person on the phone when email stops.

Fixing Office 365 emails landing in spam with SPF and DKIM records

Why Are Your Emails Landing in Spam?

Nine times out of ten it is not the words in your email, it is your domain’s DNS records. Mail providers like Gmail and Outlook check whether your domain publishes valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC records before deciding whether to trust a message. Miss one, or copy a wrong value from an old guide, and quotes to new customers quietly disappear into junk folders.

The fix is usually a handful of DNS records set correctly, verified with real deliverability tests. We have written a step by step guide for Office 365 if you want to try it yourself, or we can simply do it for you and confirm the result the same day.

One Team for Domain, Email, Website and Hosting

When your domain, email and website live with three different providers, every problem becomes a blame game between support desks. Our clients keep it all under one roof: we build the website, host it, manage the domain and keep the email flowing, so one phone call reaches the people who can actually fix it.

Domain and Email Questions Answered

My emails are going to spam right now. How fast can you fix it?

Usually the same day. Most deliverability problems come down to missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which we can audit, correct and verify within hours of getting access to your DNS. Stubborn cases involving blacklisted domains take longer, and we will tell you upfront if yours is one.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, which should my business use?

Both are excellent, and the honest answer is that it usually depends on what your team already lives in. Heavy Word, Excel and Teams users are better served by Microsoft 365. Businesses that run on Gmail, Google Drive and shared docs fit Google Workspace. We set up and support both, and we will recommend the one that matches your workflow rather than the one that suits us.

Do I need both the .com.au and the .au version of my domain?

We recommend registering both. The shorter .au direct domains opened in 2022, and holding yours stops a competitor or squatter from picking it up. You only need to use one as your main address; the other simply redirects to it, which we set up as part of registration.

Will my email break if I move my website to you?

No, and this is the most common fear we hear. Website hosting and email are separate services connected by DNS records, and we plan every migration so mail flow is untouched while the website moves. In fifteen years of migrations, keeping email alive is step one of the checklist, not an afterthought.

I do not know who owns my domain or where it is registered. Can you help?

Yes, this is more common than you would think, especially when a previous developer registered it years ago. We can trace where the domain lives, help you recover control, and move it into your own name, because your domain should never be a hostage to anyone, including us.
