SEO Specialist – Join the Uniweb Team

We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. You will be managing SEO campaigns for a portfolio of Australian small and medium businesses, delivering measurable improvements in rankings, traffic and leads. This is a hands-on role with real client exposure, working closely with our development and content teams to execute strategies that get results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and develop tailored SEO strategies for each client
  • Perform on-page optimisation including meta tags, headings, content structure and internal linking
  • Run technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the development team
  • Build and manage backlink outreach campaigns to improve domain authority
  • Monitor rankings and organic traffic using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Produce clear, accurate monthly SEO reports for clients
  • Stay current with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Identify new opportunities for clients to improve their online visibility

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or Ubersuggest
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO including Core Web Vitals, schema markup and site speed
  • Experience with WordPress and Yoast or RankMath SEO plugins
  • Excellent written English for content recommendations and client communication
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
