We are looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be reaching out to Australian businesses by phone, introducing our web design and digital marketing services, and converting prospects into clients. This is a target-driven telemarketing role with real earning potential and room to grow within a busy, fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to Australian businesses to introduce Uniweb’s web design and digital marketing services
  • Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects
  • Identify and qualify prospects through research and targeted outreach
  • Present and explain our service packages clearly and confidently over the phone
  • Follow up with warm leads and maintain a consistent outreach pipeline
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to interested prospects
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and outcomes in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of telemarketing or outbound sales experience
  • Confident, clear and professional phone manner
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude
  • Familiarity with web design or digital marketing services is a strong advantage
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage leads and pipeline activity
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
